Temecula HOA monthly costs

Even though this is not a glamorous blog post or video, I felt it was important to pass along content for Temecula HOA Monthly Costs. This is a very important article and video for people planning to relocate, move, or retire in Temecula. HOAs are an added expense that people really need to understand before making offers on properties. In some cases, HOAs can raise your house payment by $200–300.

One of my pet peeves in many communities across Southern California is paying the HOA fee and getting nothing in return. Many times it will take care of the sign out front and cut a few flowers, but that’s really all you’re getting. Temecula is honestly pretty good about this. Most communities have pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, tot lots, and walking paths. I don’t mind paying $100 a month if I’m getting all this and I can spend time with my family and friends on weekends doing some great things inside the community.

I’m also including a home search for Temecula at the bottom of this blog post. I do not ask for any information, but please keep us in mind if you plan on purchasing a home in the Temecula area. My wife and I are a licensed brokerage and real estate appraisal team with over 15 years of experience, and we would love to get the opportunity to help you.
