Vintage Hills Information
Vintage Hills is a well-established tract home community in Temecula. Homes in Vintage Hills are midsize with spacious backyards and beautiful landscapes. Regardless of what housing market we are in, home prices in Vintage Hills are always going to be in the middle of the road when compared to other areas of Temecula. The tax rate is going to run anywhere between 1.2% and 1.4%, and the HOA is going to be around $100 a month.

The Vintage Hills Community has two public pools, a clubhouse, tot lots, baseball fields, and basketball courts. They often hold community events at the clubhouse, and there is a public bulletin board outside the pool that keeps you updated on everything.
Grocery stores nearby include Barons Market, which is similar to Sprouts. One of the things I love about Barons Market is the salad bar and olive bar. There are also Albertsons and Costco. Gas at Costco is generally $0.50 cheaper than anywhere else, so it’s convenient and only a five- to ten-minute drive from the Vintage Hills community.
Schools
The school system, like any other in Temecula, is excellent and ranks among the top 20% in California. Vintage Hills Elementary is literally in the community and walkable. Other schools include Temecula Valley High, Paloma Elementary, and Temecula Middle School.
Golfers
If you are a golfer, Vintage Hills is the perfect spot for you. You have Temeku Hills within a two-minute drive and Redhawk within a 5- to 10-minute drive. Both courses are challenging, affordable, and well-maintained.
Things to Do in the Neighborhood
Because Vintage Hills is in the middle of everything, you have a variety of activities outside the Vintage Hills community. Just up the street, you have Temecula Wine Country, which is beautiful. With rolling hills, gorgeous views, good wine, and live music, there is something for everybody. You also have the outdoor mall close by, with a movie theater, plenty of restaurants, and a great deal of outdoor shopping and walking. One of our favorite things is to go to Yard House during happy hour on their wine Wednesdays. They have great appetizers, and bottles of wine are half off.
