Uncovering the Beauty of Temeku Hills Community in Temecula, California

I’m going to cover everything you need to know about the Temeku Hills Temecula community in this post that I’ve written for my site. The charges of the homeowners association, the pricing of the homes, the amenities, the golf course, and an overall assessment of The Temeku Hills Community This particular blog post includes a unique real estate search that is catered to the Temeku Hills neighborhood at the very end. This property search is updated on a daily basis, and the data comes straight from the local MLS.

I also have an in depth article and video on the top 10 communities in Temecula here

About Temeku Hills

Temeku Hills was established all the way back in 1997 and was constructed all around the Temeku Hills Golf Course, which was established all the way back in 1995. The community of Temeku Hills, which features homes of moderate size and is priced affordably, provides a full complement of amenities for its inhabitants. It’s almost like living in a resort, with amenities including a huge clubhouse that has a banquet room, a driving range, and exercise classes. Residents also get private access to a heated pool, Jacuzzi, gym, showers, game room, and tot lot.

Since the year 2000, the population of the community of Temeku Hills has increased by an astounding 145%, reaching a total of approximately 4,000 individuals. During the time when I was filming the commercial for Temeku Hills, I had the opportunity to interview one of the neighborhood’s founding inhabitants. It’s hilarious to hear things from their point of view. When they first acquired a property in the Temeku Hills Community, they did so when the neighborhood was located on the outskirts of town. Temecula has had such rapid population growth that the Temeku Hills Community may now be found smack dab in the midst of Temecula.

Please do not allow the increase in population to frighten you in any way. I routinely create video content for all of the many communities in Temecula, and the majority of them share something in common. You get the sense of being in the countryside even though you’re actually in a community, but you’re still very close to a lot of different conveniences.

HOA on Temeku Hill

The monthly cost of the HOA is going to be close to $95 dollars. Having a homeowner’s association (HOA) does come with a set of responsibilities and obligations, in addition to the numerous benefits that are included in the purchase price. You simply cannot buy a house, drive up in your 100-foot RV, and park it in your driveway, regardless of whether or not there is a homeowners association (HOA). This is something you need to realize.

The following is a list of items that should be kept in mind when dealing with the several HOAs in Southern California.

Parking Rules
Reserve Funds
Budgets
Restriction on the Rental Market
Additional Fees Regarding the Pet Policy
Concerns and repairs related to insurance include the roof, the fences, the swimming pools, and the repaving of the streets.

Community Amenities

This is another wonderful quality shared by the majority of Temecula’s communities. You won’t have to worry about disturbances when you’re at home or walking around the neighborhood because everyone gets along well and there isn’t a lot of foot traffic. When you leave the community, you would never think that you have grocery stores, shops, schools, and restaurants all within a five-minute drive of your house because there is nothing to give you that hint.

Walking around the outdoor mall, playing golf at Redhawk or Temeku Hills, and attending happy hour at one of the local restaurants, particularly Yard House, are some of our all-time favorite things to do in the area. It’s always fun to have wine on Wednesdays! In addition to that, there is Old Town Temecula, which is a great place to hang out either at night or during brunch hours on the weekends.

Pechanga Casino is also located nearby and offers a wide variety of other things to do in addition to gambling. The casino is connected to a variety of establishments, including restaurants, nightclubs, stand-up comedy clubs, and regular concerts. In addition to that, they have a luxurious RV resort, a spa, and a golf course. It’s safe to say that Pechanga’s course is up there with some of the most beautiful in all of Southern California. Best part? When you consider everything you get, the price is reasonable.

This article and video provide an overview of five of the most enjoyable things that may be done on the weekend in Temecula, California.

The Temeku Hills Golf Course features some magnificent scenery, offers a clubhouse driving range with a stunning clubhouse, and plays approximately 6,500 yards from the tips. Juniors pay the same $23 fee to play throughout the week as they do on the weekends.
