Top 5 Temecula Communities
Without a doubt, Temecula is one of the best places to live in all of Southern California. If you have made the decision to move, relocate, or retire in Temecula, you’ll have to figure out what community within the city fits your needs. This blog post and video will go over the top 5 Temecula communities to live in. Some of these communities have low taxes; some are near golf courses, while others are horse properties or have large lots. I chose 5 communities with different characteristics in the hopes that one will fit your personal needs.
I’ll tell you what each community is about and then give you a link to its main page. You will find an in-depth review, a video, and a home search there.
Paloma del Sol
Paloma Del Sol is located in central Temecula. It is probably one of the larger communities in Temecula, but it has so much to offer its residents. The HOA gives you a lot of activities and amenities within the community. Multiple pools, parks, green spaces, and walking paths are built all throughout the Paloma Del Sol community. Similar to most Temecula communities, Paloma Del Sol is quiet and peaceful, and its residents take pride in their homes. If you would like to search homes in the Paloma Del Sol community, watch your video, and read up on specifics, please visit my blog called “The Ultimate Low Tax Community in Temecula.”
Meadowview
The Meadowview Community has the best of both worlds. It is horse country, but many residents choose to live here just because the lots are a little bigger. Yes, you can find property in Meadowview that has all the necessary horse amenities, like stables, barns, etc., but there are also homes that have beautiful pools, nice views, and resort-like backyards. When you drive into Meadowview, it feels like you’re on back country roads, but you’re actually close to all of Temecula’s amenities. If you would like a full review, video, and home search of the Meadowview community, please visit my blog post, “Best Neighborhoods in Temecula! Meadowview.”
Crowne Hill
Crowne Hill is a convenient, affordable, and quiet neighborhood in central Temecula. One of the things I like about Crown Hill’s HOA is the low rate, which is around $70 per month. Crowne Hill is also very close to the wineries. From an investment standpoint, I look at this as a total positive. As wine country grows, as it has, communities close to this area will become more desirable, and prices will rise. If you’re looking for a community with a ton of convenience, please visit my blog post. It specifically goes into great detail and is called “Crown Hill, Best Communities In Temecula.”
Temeku Hills
Being a golfer myself, I had to put a golf community on this list. While producing this article and video, I had the opportunity to talk to a few of its longtime residents. They still love the community and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The one funny thing they mentioned was how the Temeku Hills Community used to be on the edge of the city of Temecula. Because of Temecula’s growth over the last 20 years, Temeku Hills is now smack-dab right in the center of Temecula. If you have any interest in living in a golf course community that is still affordable, please check out my blog post called “Temeku Hills Community.”
Los Ranchitos
Horse Property!! Yes, I understand that horse property is for a specific type of buyer, but I think Los Ranchitos is such a unique area and gives character to Temecula. If you are into horses, this is the place you want to live in Temecula. When you drive into Los Ranchitos, it feels like you’re in the country, but you’re only a few minutes from all of Temecula’s services. If you would like an in-depth review and video, please visit my blog and video called “Best Horse Property in Temecula, Los Ranchitos.”
