Top 4 Temecula HOA Pools
Temecula, California is a beautiful community in Southern California that can get pretty hot in the summer. For people moving to Temecula, not everyone will have availability of a private pool. We thought it would be a great idea to write a blog post about our top 4 Temecula HOA pools. We will also go into monthly cost for each of these HOAs or communities. If you don’t want the responsibility or cost of having a pool, a beautiful HOA community pool is the next best thing. At the end of the blog post we will have a home search of Temecula. we don’t ask for any personal information, but if you do decide to move to Temecula please keep us in mind. We have a great deal of experience under license as a brokerage and Appraisal Company.
Harveston Temecula
HOA
We personally have a great deal of experience when it comes to the Harveston Temecula pool and Community because we live here. When it comes to the Harveston HOA you have to be careful, there are homes in Harveston that have a $95 HOA fee which is very reasonable for what you get. There are also homes that have a second HOA that add up to well over $200. In our opinion, that’s a little steep.
The pool is great, it’s an Olympic size pool that is perfect for doing laps or exercising in the morning if that’s what you’re into. It’s also big enough to accommodate plenty of families on a busy weekend. Separate from a pool, is a large hot tub, big enough for 10 to 15 people. Another great feature of the Harveston Temecula pool that we love is the sitting areas. There are plenty of lounge chairs and even some Cabana areas. If you don’t want to be in the sun, there are plenty of covered areas or umbrellas that can be used poolsside as well.
There is also a barbecue area that is pretty much attached to the pool. This allows you to spend the whole day at the pool and have a nice dinner. Swimming in the pool, barbecuing with beautiful views of the lake really make for a nice Sunday afternoon with family or friends.
In regards to the pool rules, make sure to check with the HOA. We do believe you can bring family and friends up to five people.

Morgan Hill
HOA
The HOA cost in Morgan Hill is going to be around $100. Residents rave about amenities they receive. The clubhouse often has activities for both children and adults and really makes for a fun community atmosphere.
POOL
Morgan Hill is probably one of our favorite communities in all of Temecula. The Clubhouse and pool area are beautiful and definitely rival resort-style pools and living. One of the things that we love are the views from the pool area, they are absolutely stunning. The video attached gives some great drone footage of the clubhouse and pool area in Morgan Hill.
You are allowed to bring your own food and snacks, but they also have what is called “The View,” which is a limited snack bar.
Here’s a video that goes over the whole community of Morgan Hill.
Paseo Del Sol
HOA
The HOA for Paseo Del Sol is going to run just under $100 a month. For this cost you get landscaping, a fitness center, pool and hot tub, tennis courts, security and children’s play area.
POOL
Without a doubt, Paseo Del Sol’s pool is one of our favorites. This is true resort style living with stunning palm trees, large, open space pool, wading pool and grand sitting area. It really doesn’t get better than Paseo Del Sol. If we had to pick one pool in all of Temecula that makes you feel like you’re on vacation, Paseo Del Sol would be it.
