The other con, of course, is the cost per month. You are going to pay $100, and this could go up depending on what the costs are for the community over the years.

Living in Spencer’s Crossing Community may have some drawbacks, including a possible tax rate of 1.8%. This rate is relatively high when compared to other neighborhoods, primarily because homeowners must pay Mello-Roos and special assessments. Roads, parks, and other public amenities are some examples of the infrastructure and community improvements that these fees are used to fund. Over time, these improvements can be advantageous to the community. However, when assessing the overall affordability of living in Spencer’s Crossing, it is critical to take these costs into account.
