You’ve come to the right place if you’re looking for a blog post and video that go into great detail about the Temeku Hills Temecula community. In this blog post, I will go over everything you need to know about the Temeku Hills Temecula community. HOA costs, home prices, amenities, golf, and an overall opinion on The Temeku Hills Community At the bottom of this blog post, I have a specific home search tailored to the Temeku Hills community. This home search is updated daily, taken directly from the local MLS.

About Temeku Hills

Temeku Hills dates all the way back to 1997 and was built around the Temeku Hills Golf Course, which was built in 1995. Temeku Hills has affordable homes that are in the middle-sized range, and it doesn’t skimp on amenities for its residents. It’s almost resort-type living, which includes a massive clubhouse with banquet room, driving range, exercise classes, private access to a heated pool, Jacuzzi, gym, showers, game room, and tot lot.

. The population of the Temeku Hills community is around 4,000 residents and has grown by a whopping 145% since the year 2000. While shooting the video for Temeku Hills, I was talking to one of the original residents. It’s funny to hear their perspective. Back when they originally purchased their home in the Temeku Hills Community, they were on the outskirts of town. Temecula has grown so much that now the Temeku Hills Community is in the middle of Temecula.

Please do not let the population growth scare you. I make videos for all the communities in Temecula, and most of them have one thing in common. You feel like you’re in the country while in the community, but you have plenty of amenities very close by.

HOA on Temeku Hill

The HOA cost is going to be around $95 a month. Yes, you get a ton of amenities for the price, but there are also rules that go along with having an HOA. I am not for or against an HOA; you just need to understand that you can’t just buy a home, pull it up in your hundred-foot RV, and park it in your driveway.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when dealing with many HOAs in Southern California.

  • Parking Rules
  • Reserve Funds
  • Budgets
  • Rental Restrictions
  • Pet Policy
  • Special Assessments
  • Insurance
  • Repairs and Issues: roof, fences, swimming pools, repaving of streets
Local Amenities

This is another great thing about most Temecula communities. When you’re in your home or around the neighborhood, it’s going to be very quiet, with respectful neighbors and not a lot of traffic. You would never guess that when you leave the community, you have grocery stores, shopping, schools, and restaurants all within a 5-minute drive of your house.

Some of our favorites include golfing at Redhawk or Temeku Hills, walking around the outdoor mall, or going to happy hour at nearby restaurants, especially Yard House. Wine Wednesdays are great! You also have Old Town Temecula, which is really fun either at night or during brunch hours on the weekend.

Pechanga Casino is also close by and has many other activities besides gambling. Regular concerts, comedy nights, restaurants, and nightclubs are all attached to the casino. They also have a beautiful RV resort, spa, and golf course. The course at Pechanga is probably one of the nicest golf courses in Southern California. Best part? It’s fairly affordable for what you get.

Here is a blog post and video of 5 of the best things to do in Temecula, California, on the weekend.
