Temecula Communities with the Best HOA Amenities

One of the unique features of Temecula California communities or neighborhoods is how many are situated in an HOA. In this blog post and video, we will talk about some of the best HOAs in all of Temecula and the amenities they offer residents. If you are looking for a home in the Temecula area, one of the most important things is to research what your specific needs are for you and your family.  Pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking paths, barbecue areas and lakes are all options in the city of Temecula. Here at Greenleaf real estate, we suggest that you do your research and drive through some of the communities to find out which one will work best for you. Although many communities do offer similar amenities,  there will be differences. One big example is cost.HOA communities in Temecula will range anywhere from $60 all the way up to close to $300 a month.  Many of the higher-end or more expensive HOAs will be gated. If you’re looking for guard gated communities, you will be closer to that $300 a month range.  Let’s dive into some of the best amenities and HOAs that we have found in Temecula California.

Harveston
The “premier master-planned community” of Harveston here in north Temecula offers a taste of how
luxurious lake life can be. The 17-acre lake and park are well stocked with paddle boats, fish, and
ducklings for every family to enjoy as they utilize the dedicated walking or bike paths.

Harveston claims to have “set the standard for small-town living in Temecula” however I would argue this community will
always stand out; beginning with a 19-plus acre sports park supporting two lighted baseball diamonds and
two football/soccer fields, a concession building with restrooms, a picnic area, playground, and walkways.
The junior Olympic-sized community pool, spa, cabanas, and splash park are exclusive to residents and
guests, along with the community clubhouse on the lake. This Lake House private facility provides
event space, a lakeside terrace with fireplace and barbeque, a greenbelt area, a dance room that hosts a
variety of fitness classes, and a classroom designed for small meetings. There are twelve annual
community events you definitely will not want to miss! The most recent addition is a convenience store
within walking distance from all homes, ensuring you never have to go far for the essentials. If I’m being
honest, the average $95 homeowner’s association fee is a steal for the quantity and quality of amenities
you will have at your fingertips.

Nestled slightly above the Temecula Valley, Morgan Hill has amazing views of our city while only being
a quick five-minute drive away from restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. “Inspired by the
vineyards of Temecula, ease and elegance live side by side in one of the most desirable communities in
the Temecula Valley” with amenities to match for only $99 a month. This association consists of a
private, three-acre community center complete with swimming pools, a spa, tennis courts, a fitness center,
a game room, two ballrooms, and an outdoor fireplace lounge. The soccer and baseball fields are impeccably

Paloma del Sol
While living in Paloma del Sol one can expect to pay $100 in HOA fees, however, this neighborhood still
manages to be one of the most affordable in Temecula. Paloma is famous for its over 100 acres of parks
(designed for both younger and older children), green belts, and walking trails. There are five swimming
pools and spas, so you never have to worry about finding a place to cool off in the summer heat. These
areas require your personal ID card for access and are monitored with security cameras. Paloma Del Sol is
perfect for the athlete, with three lit tennis courts, a 9-hole Disk Golf course located in the Central Park
area, and a full plus two half-court basketball courts. Located right in the heart of Temecula Valley School
District, residents are nearby to Paloma Elementary and Temecula Middle School, less than a mile from
Temecula Valley High School. Over 7,000 people are proud to call this community home, and so could
you!

Roripaugh ranch
One of the newer master-planned communities, Roripaugh Ranch was strategically built central to San
Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County with easy connections to Interstate 15, 215, and State Route 79.
There is a higher HOA fee of $182, however rightfully due to the 20-acre sports park made up of two

playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball, multipurpose grass field, and walking trails made available to the
over 2,000 homes in this “resort-style community”. A beautiful clubhouse offers a 24-hour gym,
entertainment center, full-service kitchen, billiards room, media room, and more. Beyond the huge lap
pool, children are given the safety of their own pool, along with barbeques and a sundeck. Roripaugh
Ranch has really got it all and may feel more like a vacation than reality.

Meadowview
Meadowview stretches over 1,175 acres of land, named after the 360-acre open meadow within, used and
loved by the community. Each of the 900 households is given plenty of personal property and privacy
with at least half-acre lots. Where else offers the ability to live in an equestrian community but still be
only five minutes away from the mall? Residents can enjoy the community clubhouse, two heated
swimming pools, spa, tennis courts, basketball courts, equestrian center, a park with a picnic area and tot
lot, and an extensive trail system. All of this for only $50 monthly to the HOA! I can promise you
beautiful Meadowview will feel like a breath of fresh air.
