Sommers Bend Community in Temecula California

After that introduction how could you not be dying to know more? Woodside Homes Southern California and Wingsweep Corporation broke ground on October 18, 2018, to begin constructing one of the most impressive master plan communities in the Inland Empire. Since then, in just a couple of short years, Sommers Bend has already made a name for itself, awarded the Masterplan Community of the Year at The SoCal MAME Awards presented by The Greater Sales & Marketing Council and BIA of Southern California in 2021. This honor recognizes all aspects of home sales, marketing, merchandising, and design in Southern California home building.  Model homes are now selling in the Canopy neighborhood, beginning in the mid $800,000s. Built by Woodside Homes, the three unique floor plans support three to six bedrooms, one of only two of the neighborhoods to provide six-bedroom houses. Whether a single or two-story, each floor plan offers two to five beds, complete with at least three and a half baths. The Upton neighborhood is the immaculate middle man between Canopy and Acacia in size and floor plan, however available at a lower cost in the high $700,000s.

Temecula continues to grow immensely each year, accommodating over 110,000 residents today. However, Sommers Bend recognized the city is unequipped with adequate housing for those in search of a retirement community or age-qualified housing and took a step in alleviating this void by creating Esplanade.
