Roripaugh Hills, Temecula

Roripaugh Hills Temecula is near the 15 Freeway and Highway 79 in the North End of Temecula. There are approximately 439 homes that range in square footage from the low 1000s to 2100. The HOA is going to cost around $100 a month with amenities that include pools, tot lots, walking trails, and tennis courts. Roripaugh Hills Tax Rate and HOA

When you compare the tax rate and HOA cost of Roripaugh Hills to many other communities in Temecula, it’s on the lower end of the scale. This is a huge plus, as many new communities that are being built have tax rates anywhere from 2.5% to 3% in some cases. Don’t worry, Roripaugh Hills is half of that. Enjoy the luxuries that Temecula has to offer without paying massive taxes on your home.

Roripaugh Hills Home Prices

I usually don’t talk about price in my blog posts and videos because it’s always changing. One thing I can say about Roripaugh Hills in Temecula is that it’s always going to be one of the more affordable areas in all of Temecula. Do not let that deter you from looking in this area. Roripaugh Hills has a lot to offer, which I will get into below.


I wanted to go into a little more detail on the amenities surrounding the Roripaugh Hills Temecula community. I live near Roripaugh Hills and can tell you that everything you could ever need in terms of food is within 5 minutes of you. Costco, CVS, the Dollar Store, restaurants, the Promenade Mall, WinCo, and Trader Joe’s—I could go on and on—but having everything at your fingertips is really helpful for busy families.


Another thing I talk about in many of my videos and blog posts is the proximity of your work to where you live. If you are working in the north, Roripaugh Hills in Temecula is a great location for you. You can either get right on the 15 freeway from the 79 or, if traffic is busy, take Ynez Road up to Murrieta Hot Springs. This will save you hours in your car and probably save your sanity.
