Ridgeview Temecula
There are hundreds of communities in Temecula, California. Ridgeview Temecula is one of the many smaller communities that does not get talked about much, nor can you find much information online. Through my website and YouTube channel, Exploring Temecula, I’ve decided to show off every neighborhood in Temecula. Ridgeview Temecula is next in line and is a beautiful, quiet place to live!

Homes
Homes generally range from 1500 square feet to 2600 square feet. One of the things that I noticed was that there was a mixture of ranch-style and two-story homes. Many of the homes had three-car garages, which was another benefit. When you compare Ridgeview Temecula to others in the city, they are going to be on the more affordable end.
Why we like Ridgeview
A few of the biggest reasons I like Ridgeview Temecula is the country feel and mature landscape. Many newer communities, regardless of where they are built, have the feeling of having small lot sizes, and the landscape hasn’t had the chance to really flourish yet. This is not the case for Ridgeview Temecula. Homes are spacious, and it was a very nice drive throughout the community. If you look at the video attached to this blog post, you can see many of the homes and get an idea of what the community looks like.
Ridgeview Temecula HOA
The HOA is $42 a month for Ridgeview Temecula and really just maintains the common areas. There are some hilly areas and common areas that are taken care of. No, there is no pool or outdoor facilities, but that does not take away from the feel of the community. If you’re looking for a lower-priced HOA and don’t care whether or not there are pools, basketball courts, etc., I would 100% take a look at Ridgeview.
Taking It With The Neighbors
When I film and write about all of these communities in Temecula, I often look for homeowners who are working outside. I feel like I can get the best information from them, especially if they have lived there for many years. The homeowner I talked to for Ridgeview has lived in the community for 30 years and loves it. He says it’s very quiet, with the odd dog barking. It’s been a great place for their family to live because of the low taxes and HOA, as well as the proximity to amenities.
Amenities
You can pretty much say this about most communities in Temecula and Ridgeview. Temecula is no different. Amenities are plentiful and very close by. Some things that you might find important include grocery stores like Vons, Albertsons, Aldi, and Costco. One of the big benefits of having Costco nearby is gas. Gas at Costco is usually $0.50 per gallon less than at any other gas station in the area. Over the year, that will really add up.
You also have shopping, restaurants, and golf within a 5-minute drive. Golf courses include Temeku Hills and Redhawk. Both are reasonably priced and are very convenient for somebody with a busy life; they don’t have time to drive an hour to get to the golf course.
