Paseo del Sol

As a real estate broker, I love showing and selling properties with a low tax rate. Paseo Del Sol fits this bill but also has a ton of upside in regards to amenities and convenience. Tax rates are going to be in the range of 1.3 to 1.5%, which is very reasonable in Southern California. Many new home developments in Southern California are going to have a tax rate of between 2% and 3%. This really adds up in regards to your payment per month. Paseo Del Sol allows you to put some of that money back into your pocket without sacrificing quality.

Paseo Del Sol HOA

I talk about HOAs a lot in my videos. Many communities throughout Southern California charge an HOA fee, and in return, the homeowner gets next to nothing. Temecula and specifically Paseo Del Sol are really good about giving residents something for their HOA fee. The HOA fee in Paseo Del Sol is $100 a month, which includes miles of walking paths, a swimming pool, wading pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and parks. Because of these amenities, residents could frequently enjoy a staycation! Take a weekend and go use the pool. There are 4.5 miles of pristine walking paths, or you could even start a community basketball or tennis league. Paseo Del Sol really steps up when it comes to the HOA and amenities included.

Convenience 

As with many of the Temecula communities, Paseo Del Sol is very convenient for the busy family. Grocery stores like Sprouts, Walmart, and Ralph’s are just around the corner and no more than a five-minute drive. Shopping for electronics, sporting goods, or clothes is also just around the corner, as Marshalls, Kohl’s, and Best Buy are all along Temecula Pkwy.

Schools

One of the great things about Temecula is the public school system. Ratings are always on the high end and are in the top 20% with regards to test scores in all of California.

Abby Reinke Elementary School

Paloma Elementary School

Temecula Middle School

Temecula Valley High School
