The Crowne Hill Community consists of 1,017 homes, All built from 1996 through 2006. The HOA will run you about $71 a month.
Located just off the 15 freeway, the Crowne Hill Community has a mixture a rolling hills, beautiful views and plentiful amenities. The original builders include KB Homes, Richmond homes, Greystone and The U.S. Home Corporation. Similar to most Temecula communities, Crowne Hill has some of the best schools in all of California.
Crowne Hill Elementary School is located inside the community of Crowne Hill. This is very convenient for busy working families in Temecula.
There is also a small gated community called Crowne Hill Reserve. If I was to pick one of the biggest benefits of this area, it would have to be the views from most of the homes.
Amenities and Conveniences of Crowne Hill
One of the great things about Temecula is the conveniences you have in almost every communitiy. One minute you are deciding which grocery store or restaurant to visit and five minutes later you are in a nice quiet community. Crowne Hill is no different, whatever you need, you have at your fingertips.
Some of the daily amenities like grocery stores include Ralphs and Sprouts.
If you’re looking for shopping, stores like Best Buy, Big 5 and Walmart are at your doorstep as well.
If you’re looking for something to eat, restaurants include Aztek tacos, (very good) Uncle Bob’s Sports Bar and Grill and Applebees are very close. These are all within a 5-minute drive. If you’re willing to drive 10 minutes I could add another 50 places to this list.
Wine Country
One of the biggest draws to Temecula is wine country. With over 40 beautiful Wineries and growing, Temecula Wine Country is just a short drive from the Crowne Hill Community.
Personally, we love taking some time off on the weekend and spending an hour or two at the wineries relaxing. Even if you don’t drink, driving around and checking the wineries out is very refreshing. You’re in the country, living the country life with an opportunity to visit some great restaurants and taste some very good wines.
