Sommers Bend, the newest development nestled in the heart of Temecula Valley has completely reset the high bar for suburban community living. Track homes are a thing of the past and individuality in beautiful design is here to stay. Since opening just a couple of years ago Sommers Bend has grown to include six different neighborhoods, each with its own ambiance and personality.
Temecula is currently in its peak population, brimming with over 110,000 residents. The United States Census Bureau estimates at least 10.5% of this population are sixty-five years of age and older.
