 Santiago Estates Temecula is a unique neighborhood.. With rolling hills, beautiful views, no HOA and a low tax rate it checks a lot of boxes for the country type lifestyle  . Having no HOA is definitely  an attraction to many and pretty unique for Temecula. While driving through the community  it was truly breathtaking filming some of these gorgeous views.To top it off, there is a beautiful rose garden in the middle of the community.

Overview of Santiago Estates Temecula

Lot sizes are going to be larger than most areas of Temecula.  They will range anywhere from two acres up. Some of the homes are beautifully landscaped and others are basic. One of the great things about  having no HOA is you have a choice in regards to what you want to do with your property.  Some people  have horses, others spend a ton of time landscaping, planting and making their property look like an oasis. 

Homes in Santiago Estates Temecula are going to be upwards of 5000 square feet. We did notice some new construction which looked to be substantially smaller, maybe 2500-3500 square feet. All the homes in the Santiago Estates Temecula Community are custom so don’t worry about any type of track home feel. If we were raising a family, this is the perfect community and something we would gravitate towards. We love the idea of having a great deal of land for the kids to play and not worry about tons of traffic, noise or pollution.

Country Living With Convenience

In the video attached to this blog post I go over some of the amenities close by. From inside the community it takes 3 and 1/2 minutes to get to shopping, groceries, banks, gas stations, restaurants or fast food. This is one of the things that we feel makes Santiago Estates very very unique. Where else can you live where you feel you’re in a total country haven, but have every amenity  imaginable 3 and 1/2 minutes from you.

Schools

If the school system is important to you, have no fear or worry. We have lived in many different cities throughout Southern California  and although we do not have children we are confident that Temecula and the Temecula School District are going to be some of the best in all of California. If you would like more information on schools in the area you can visit Vail Elementary School (http://ves.tvusd.k12.ca.us/), Temecula Middle School (http://tms.tvusd.k12.ca.us/), and Temecula Valley High School (http://tvhs.tvusd.k12.ca.us/).

Santiago Estates is also very close to several top private schools, Rancho Christian and Linfield.

Airports

 Being travel lovers www.2travelinglovers.com one of the things we love about Temecula is we have four airports within an hour and a half Drive. San Diego, Ontario, Palm Springs and LAX. This makes it very convenient and never have issues finding flights.

Golf

If you are a golfer, you’re in the right place. You have Redhawk, Cross Creek, Temecula Creek, Temeku Hills and Journey at Pechanga all within a 10-15 minute drive. The one thing we love about golfing in this area is it’s actually a fordable. Living in many different areas throughout Southern California, it does become frustrating at times in regards to cost in many areas. We are not people that enjoy golf enough to spend $100 per round. Generally speaking, you can expect to play during the week at any of these golf courses except Journey at Pechanga for $35 to $50.

So there you have it, some information on a beautiful small community in Temecula called Santiago Estates Temecula. As land becomes more and more scarce throughout Southern California you’ll be happy to know that those two to five acre Parcels will always give you space, Tranquility,  peacefulness and a sense of relaxation that can be hard to find in many areas of Southern California.
