Roripaugh Hills Temecula is located in the North End of Temecula off the 15 fwy and 79. There are approximately 439 homes that range in sq ft from the low 1000’s to 2100. The HOA is going to run around $100 a month with amenities that include pools, tot lots, walking trails and Tennis Courts. Tax Rate and HOA In Roripaugh Hills

 When you compare the tax rate and HOA cost of Roripaugh Hills to many other communities in Temecula it’s on the lower end of the scale. This is a huge plus as many new communities that are being built have tax rates anywhere from 2.5% to 3% in some cases. Don’t worry, roripaugh Hills is half of that. Enjoy the luxuries that Temecula has to offer without paying massive taxes on your home.

I talk about HOAs in many of my videos and  blog posts. People have to be aware that in many areas of Southern California you will pay a high HOA and  get nothing for your money. Temecula, is a different story. Roripaugh Hills Temecula is just another example of paying a relatively low HOA and receiving pools, walking paths, tennis courts, Todd lots and much more.

I usually don’t talk about price on my blog posts and videos because it’s always changing. One thing I can say about Roripaugh Hills Temecula  is that it’s always going to be  one of the more affordable areas in all of Temecula. Do not let that deter you from looking in this area. Roripaugh Hills has a lot to offer which I will get into below.

Amenities

I wanted to go into a little detail on the amenities surrounding the Roripaugh Hills Temecula community. I personally live close to Roripaugh Hills and can tell you everything you would ever need is food within 5 minutes of you. Costco, CVS, the dollar store, restaurants, the Promenade Mall, WinCo and Trader Joe’s.  I could go on and on but having everything at your fingertips  is really helpful for busy families. 

Location

Another thing I talk about in many of my videos and blog posts is proximity from your work to where you live. If you are working North, Roripaugh Hills Temecula is a great location for you. You can either get right on the 15 freeway from the 79 or, if traffic is busy, take Ynez Road up to Murrieta Hot Springs. This will save you hours in your car  and probably save your sanity.
